Introduction
At Hitech, we set the benchmark in rigid plastics manufacturing through our expertise in Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) technology. EBM presents a remarkably efficient and streamlined method for producing top-tier plastic containers.
This method unfolds in three distinct stages:
Melt & Extrude: Plastic pellets are melted and extruded into a continuous, hollow tube known as a parison.
Mold & Blow: The parison is precisely positioned within a pre-cooled mold cavity. Compressed air is then introduced causing the parison to conform to the intricate contours of the mold.
Cool & Eject: Once cooled to a solidified state, the finished plastic container is automatically ejected from the mold, ready for subsequent processing or packaging.

Materials: Materials with High Melt Strength are required in EBM Process to reduce the amount of sag in Parison. Higher Molecular weight Grades are used to give parison more strength. Materials like Olefins –Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PC, PVC
Process Advantages: Irregular Geometry of various Unique Shapes/Designs bottle can be easily Molded. Molds are relatively inexpensive when compared to Injection Molding. Bottle weight can be adjusted without changing the mould. Through Parison Programming, Wall thickness can be controlled for enhanced strength and durability by equal material distribution.
Sustainable Practices: EBM as a process is most suited for usage of Recycled Material with very minimal impact on the product as it is not in direct contact when used in middle layer of 3 layered bottle. We craft three-layered bottles with a sustainable approach, incorporating a middle layer made from 40-50% post-consumer recyclable (PCR)material.
Cost-Effectiveness: Multiple Heads Can be used on an EBM Machine for Higher cavitation leading to greater output & translates to competitive pricing, making EBM a cost-efficient solution for our valued clients.
